The first Monday after New Year has no status meetings, no follow-ups and no “got five minutes?”. It is the best day of the year to work out what the rest of the year should look like. We will use it to show you.

Your working surface becomes a phone or a headset. You say what you want instead of typing it, and the agents do the rest. The keynote lays out the vision and gives you a place to stand on the way there.
